Introduction to the products

1. CIU is a composite material of copper foil and graphite, making use of ion sputtered coating process to form the nanometer graphite film on the surface of copper foil.
2. CIU retains the high heat capacity of copper foil and the high thermal conductivity of graphite, when the heat source touches the CIU surface, use graphite to conduct heat horizontally while using copper foil substrate to conduct heat vertically. When heat finally arrives at the surface, use graphite to perform radiation cooling, which is a characteristic of CIU composites.
3. The graphite layer of CIU does not, as generally deemed, use poorly heat-conducting resin (glue) as the adhesive, to attach graphite, activated carbon layer to the copper foil substrate by coating or spraying. Besides, resin (glue) has poor thermal conductivity and low thermal durability and such problems as thermal aging. Such composite materials cannot take the advantages of graphite.
4. CIU adopts patented sputtering coating process, and use plasma to perform ion bombardment against graphite targets, and the carbon atoms shall be hit outside. These atoms are emitted in the form of gas molecules, and reach the substrate to be deposited, and then form graphite films on the substrate through attachment, adsorption, surface migration, nucleation and other processes.
