Import ALTECO Instant Adhesive of Sunstar & IIDA from Japan, and became its commercial agent in Taiwan.

Tex Yea Corporation was establsihed.

Import the Kuretake "Zig" stationery from Japan, and became its commercial agent in Taiwan.
1992
Import the Heraeus Gmbh SMT solder paste from Germany and became its commercial agent in Taiwan; import the Maruko tripod and the Nikko substrate.
1993
Became an agent for the Zippertubing liner protective foam and conductive cloth imported from Japan, which made us enter the EMI field. Afterwards, those products became our major business of developing notebook computers.
1994
Secured the dealership of Health and beauty products from Morishita Jintan Co.,Ltd. in Japan.
1996
Secured the marketing dealership of electronic components from ROHM (Japan).
1998
Secured the dealership of aluminum foil and copper foil from PPI (Ireland) and the metal printed circuit boards from NRK (Japan).
1999
Texchu was ISO 9002 certified in June.
2000
Entered into joint venture with Zippertubing (Japan), and established TEX BIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, began to produce conductive protective foam in April.

Renamed as Tex Yea Corporation in November.

Secure the dealership of the MRET Amitron magnetic energy neutralizer from United States GLOBAL QUANTECH in Taiwan and China.

In February Der Ching Technology Co., Ltd. (Suzhou) was ISO 9001:2000 certified: was certified from SGS in Feb 2003 and secured the international environmental certification of ISO14001.
2004
In July, set up Texchu Electronics in Dongguan to expand business in southern China. The Factory No.1 manufactured and produced the conductive cotton, mold-cutting of electromagnetic wave, copper and aluminum foil, and insulated thermal pad diapers, etc; the Factory No. 2 manufactured anti- electromagnetic SMD shrapnel, the anti-magnetic cover and the irregular panel-beating stamping parts, and garnered patent certificates; from patented mold design, molding, packaging to finished products in consistent operation.
2005
Dongguan Texchu was ISO 9001:2000 certified, and secured the international environmental certification of ISO14001.
2006
Renamed as Texchu Technology Co., Ld. in December.

Engaged in developing LED POWER MODULE.

Secured the marketing dealership of electronic components from EUTECH.

Purchased the office in July; the address: 2F.-1, No.75, Sec. 1, Xintai 5th Rd., Xizhi Dist., New Taipei City.
